Released as following correction version.

1.Fixed the problem that the H4 takes a long time to be recognized by connected PC when the H4 is used as a card reader.
2.Fixed the problem that the H4 freezes in rare cases when DIVIDE function has been done.

How to update the system software

1.Download the latest system software by clicking "DOWNLOAD" button.

2.Unzip the downloaded file and you'll find "SYSTEM.BIN" file.



3.Copy the "SYSTEM.BIN" file into the root directory of the SD card by using an external SD card reader or the SD card reader function of the H4.
(An SDHC card cannot be used for version-up. Please use an SD card.)

4. Insert the SD card into the H4. Then turn on power to the H4 while holding down the bottom (INPUT MENU) of the [MENU] key.
(During the version update process, the H4 needs to be powered by a supplied AC adaptor.)

The H4 starts up with the following screen.



5.To perform the version update process, move the jog dial to bring the cursor to "OK", and then press the jog dial.

6. When the version update process is completed, the indication "Complete!" appears on the display. Turn the unit off and on again to start operation with the new version. Please confirm the indication "VER = 2.40" is shown on the display during startup.

Notes

During the version update process, do not turn the power off. It may result in malfunctioning system.
Before you start updating, we strongly recommend you to BACKUP all data. Even if your original data will be lost by un-known reason, recovering is not possible.

* Operation of Cubase LE may become unstable. In such a case, use the previous ASIO driver version 1.0.0.1.
