Yes, it has. All delay effects have “Tail” parameter that keeps delay tails (sounds of feedback) when you turn off the delay.
Yes, you can. For example, you could use six delay effects with different settings to create a complex delay sound.

No, it can’t. All settings can be restored to default settings with Factory Initialize function, but it cannot restore just once specific effect patch to the factory default settings.
No, it hasn’t. MS-100BT was designed to connect to guitar amps as a stombox effect pedal, so it doesn’t have rhythm functions.
